Background: Amenorrhea is a condition where women do not experience menstruation or the cessation of menstrual cycles at reproductive age. divided into primary and secondary. Turner syndrome one example gonadal dysgensis that cause most common amenorrhea. It represented by absence all part normal second sex chromosome physical features including short stature, webbed neck, cubitus valgus, pterygium colli, low hairline, edema hands feet, shield chest. Clinical pictures karyotype Acehnesse patients with are presented in this study. The involved study were those who came to an endocrinology clinic tertiary care center.Case Presentation: We reported four cases which confirmed from anamnesis, examination chromosomal analysis Department Obstetrics Gynecology Fertility, Endocrine Reproductive Division RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.Conclusion: All had amenorrhea, bone deformity underdeveloped dan secondary sexual characteristic. Only case has monosomy X (45, XO), mosaic component was present rest them mosaicism).
